Market is active! Foreclosures are selling...mulitple offers all around L.A. and San Deigo, and can't find anything in Palm Springs worthwhile. We have a great two on a lot foreclosure in North Hollywood 2+1 and 1+1 for 409k and SFR south of Olympic coming on the market in two weeks with a convert guest house. Think we are listing it around 700k.
Time to Spring clean those closets and make your donations to your local charity!
